About HSC
HSC is a website that gives every user their own online profile. This profile will allow users to get in touch with and communicate with friends. HSC provides a number of services including the HSC website, messaging service and all content and features relating thereto. These services are hosted from the United States of America. Users can post content to their profile and other users can view this content.

HSC is highly concerned with the privacy of its users and this policy sets out the terms of the HSC privacy policy.

Information Collection and Use by HSC
HSC collects a wide range of personal and contact information from users. HSC also collects the information that users wish to provide on their profile. Non-personal information such as IP addresses, internet statistics and similar information is also logged. User IP addresses are recorded.

Anyone may request their address be removed from the list.

To ensure private information is kept private, users create passwords for their account. Reasonable measures are taken to ensure the privacy of these passwords. Passwords are only given to HSC employees who need them for technical or service reasons. HSC does not guarantee the privacy or security of these passwords.

Sharing and Disclosing of information by HSC
Unless otherwise stated, HSC does not share the personal information of users with any other person unless necessary to conform to requirements of law, enforce HSC terms and conditions or to protect other users and the general public. HSC may transfer all information held to an acquirer of HSC.

Changes in Privacy policy
HSC may change the terms of its privacy policy at any time. If it does so, such changes will be posted on the HSC website and reasonable steps will be taken to make users aware of them. Minor changes will have immediate effect. If user’s personal information is going to be treated in a materially different manner however, such changes will not take place until 30 days after being posted on the website.
